Overview
AnswersVBS includes a complete digital library with all your VBS guides accessible at MyAnswers.com. These guides are available on any internet-connected device—computer, tablet, or phone—putting all your planning resources right at your fingertips.
Available Guides:
Director's Guide
Assembly Guide
Games Guide
And all other curriculum guides
Why Share Digital Content?
As you coordinate your VBS, you'll want to share these guides with the various people helping you. The digital library gives you flexible options for sharing content with your team, whether they prefer printed copies or digital access.
Sharing Options
Option 1: Physical Printed Guides
If you purchased a physical kit or ordered printed copies of guides, you can simply hand these to your coordinators. This traditional method works well, but digital access offers additional benefits:
Quick reference on mobile devices
No need to carry physical books
Always accessible when needed
Option 2: Print from the Digital Library
Printing Individual Pages
Using Browser Print Function:
Navigate to the specific chapter or page you want
Use your browser's print function (File > Print)
Print that single page
When to Use:
You only need one or two pages
Quick reference materials
Specific sections for coordinators
Note: Browser printing works fine but isn't optimized for print layout. The formatting is functional but not as polished as the professional printed guides.
Printing the Complete Guide
Using the Printable PDF Feature:
For printing the entire guide, use the dedicated PDF download option:
Navigate to the guide you want to print (e.g., Director's Guide Overview)
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click Printable PDF
The system downloads a custom PDF built specifically for your church
Benefits of the Printable PDF:
Formatted specifically for printing
Includes the complete guide in one file
Professional layout matching printed guides
Customized with your church information
Easy to download and save
Can be printed at your convenience
Example Use Cases:
Print copies for coordinators using your church printer
Provide coordinators with files they can print themselves
Create backup copies for reference
Option 3: Grant Digital Access to Coordinators
Instead of sharing printed materials or your login credentials, you can invite coordinators directly into the tool. This gives them secure, personal access to the digital library.
How to Invite Coordinators
Navigate to Settings
Select Coordinator Settings
Enter the coordinator's email address
Select their role (e.g., Teacher, Games Coordinator, etc.)
Click Add Coordinator
What Happens Next
The coordinator receives an email invitation
They create their own account (quick and easy process)
They log in with their own credentials
They gain access to the digital library on their own devices
Important: Never share your login credentials. Each coordinator should have their own account for security and personalized access.
Benefits of Digital Access for Coordinators
For Teachers:
Pull up daily lessons on tablets or phones during class
Access materials anywhere, anytime
No need to carry physical guides
Always have the most current version
For All Coordinators:
View content on their preferred device
Access the library from home for planning
Reference materials during VBS without carrying books
Flexibility to work how they prefer
Example Scenario: Inviting a Teacher
Situation: You want your pre-K teacher to have access to their teaching guide.
Steps:
Go to Settings > Coordinator Settings
Enter teacher's email: teacher@example.com
Select role: Teacher
Click Add Coordinator
Result: The teacher can now:
Log into MyAnswers.com with their own account
Access the digital library
View lessons on their iPad during teaching
Print materials as needed
Prepare lessons from home
